The competent supervisory authority is The Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information.
Disclosure of personal data
Personal data are disclosed to third parties only where this is permitted by law or where appropriate consent has been given. Personal data may also be disclosed where we are legally obliged to do so, for example to public authorities.
Within our company, we ensure that access to personal data is limited to those persons who require such data in order to perform their duties.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy where necessary, for example in response to changes in legal requirements or further development of the website. The version currently published on this website shall apply.

You can recognise these plugins by the respective network logos. Plugins are currently available for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Wichtiger Hinweis vor der Veröffentlichung: Der letzte Abschnitt „Social plugins“ stammt offenbar noch aus einem älteren Bestand der Website und steht zusätzlich zum vorherigen Abschnitt „Social-Media-Plugins“. Dort werden unter anderem noch der EU-US Privacy Shield, alte Twitter-/Facebook-Firmendaten und klassische Social Plugins genannt. Ich würde diesen Abschnitt nicht ungeprüft in die neue englische Seite übernehmen. Auch die Passage „Newsletter and contact forms“ sollten wir prüfen, wenn Bioökonomie.de tatsächlich kein Kontaktformular verwendet. Der aktuelle deutsche Ausgangstext enthält diese Angaben allerdings noch, deshalb habe ich sie hier zunächst vollständig mitübersetzt.
